Goals

I'll just give a little background of myself.


This month will be 2 years since I started running and the beginning of my weight loss journey. I can't actually nail down a reason why I started running, but all I know now is that I just enjoy doing it.


My main goal was to lose weight, I've recently started to incorporate a dumbbell weight routine. I usually run 5-6 times a week and do the dumbbell routine 3-4 times a week.


I've also started to cook a lot more at home, so I'm really into trying to make my favorite foods at home and also trying to make different types of cuisines.
