I started this blog about a year ago just posting about some thoughts that I had. A year later I went back to read them and honestly I found them kind of dumb. I took some time to think and I figured out that I wanted to post things about living a healthier lifestyle. I wanted to post about the changes I've made and hopefully inspire someone to change their lifestyle even a little.
I'm going to post about my fitness goals and the things that I do, and I'm hoping to talk to people about their fitness goals so they can also give some tips about what they do.
